Reflecting on 2024

As I sit down and write my yearly review this year, I feel an immense amount of gratitude and optimism for the year ahead. Whilst it wasn't without challenges, there were a huge amount of personal and professional challenges I encountered which have equipped me with the toolkit to succeed next year and beyond.
